NPN Construction played a key role in the full interior renovation and buildout of this two-unit restaurant space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope of Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sushi counter and prep zone construction<\/strong> \u2013 Built for optimal chef performance and visibility, this feature serves as the focal point of the open-concept layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extensive tile work<\/strong> \u2013 Water-resistant, slip-proof tiles were installed throughout high-traffic and kitchen areas to ensure both style and function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Precision millwork<\/strong> \u2013 Custom cabinetry, wall panels, and wood accents provide both storage and character to the dining room.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integrated lighting solutions<\/strong> \u2013 Functional kitchen lighting was paired with soft, ambient dining area lights to create an inviting, high-end atmosphere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This location posed unique logistical challenges, including coordination with two adjacent commercial units and waterfront building regulations.
