part of their <strong>second retail expansion in the Canadian market<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcd0 <strong>Project Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Halifax Shopping Centre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brand:<\/strong> Oscar Wylee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Store Size:<\/strong> 1,100+ square feet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scope:<\/strong> Electrical and plumbing renovation, layout coordination, office furnishing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udee0 <strong>Our Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full involvement from <strong>engineering drawings and permit application<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooperation with the brand\u2019s <strong>design team and decorator<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete <strong>fit-out and furnishing<\/strong>, including utility upgrades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Outcome:<\/strong><br>The project was successfully delivered <strong>on time<\/strong>, under the <strong>strict health and construction management policies<\/strong> of Halifax Shopping
