NPN Construction is proud to have delivered two full-scale commercial fit-out projects for Sugar Marmalade, a popular Asian dessert and casual dining brand making its presence felt across Canada. These two new locations in Halifax — one in the vibrant downtown core and the other in the region’s busiest shopping mall — both reflect the client’s desire for a consistent yet locally adapted dining experience.

🛠 Scope of Work:

• Full Interior Renovation
  From floor to ceiling, each unit was stripped down and rebuilt to meet brand specifications, including electrical, HVAC, and custom finishes.
• Commercial Fit-Out
  Complete buildout of dining areas, kitchens, customer service counters, washrooms, and feature wall designs—all aligned with franchise standards.
• Brand-Consistent Design Execution
  Despite the differences in layout and location, we ensured both restaurants share the same vibrant, modern aesthetic that defines Sugar Marmalade’s identity.

Each project required strict coordination with mall/property management, adherence to food service safety codes, and tight delivery schedules. NPN Construction delivered both locations on time and to the high standards expected by a nationally expanding F&B brand.
